Skyvation flies large industrial sites so your team can see the whole building without putting people on the roof or up a lift. We capture high-resolution photos and video of roofs, walls, and equipment, then deliver organized imagery you can review, share, and keep on file.

We also build photogrammetry maps and 3D models. We fly the structure with heavy photo overlap and stitch those images into a measurable model you can use for planning, documentation, and tracking changes over time.

One thing we say plainly on every job: this is drone visual inspection imagery and mapping, not a certified or engineering inspection. We document what the cameras can see. We do not sign off on structural condition or code compliance. If your work needs that, a licensed engineer should make the call, and our imagery can support their review.

Industrial roof and facade imagery

We cover large roofs and tall facades that are slow or risky to reach on foot. The drone gets close to problem areas without scaffolding or rope access, so you get a detailed look while crews stay on the ground.

• Large industrial and warehouse roofs

• Wall and facade close-ups

• Rooftop equipment and HVAC units

• Drainage, parapets, and seams

• Hard-to-reach or unsafe angles

Infrastructure and building mapping

For mapping work we fly a planned pattern with overlapping high-resolution photos and stitch them into measurable outputs. These help with planning and recordkeeping, and they pair well with the work of your engineers and surveyors.

• Photogrammetry-based site maps

• Orthophoto (top-down) imagery

• 3D models and digital twins

• Measurable points and distances

• Before-and-after documentation over time

What this is, and what it is not

Photogrammetry and 3D models are real drone deliverables, and we are upfront about their limits. The mapping does not replace a required engineering inspection, a tower climb, or a licensed land survey, and we do not determine property lines or boundaries. We provide aerial documentation that can support those processes when a licensed professional is handling the formal work.

How a job runs

We check the site, weather, and airspace first, then plan the flights around your access and schedule. Weather, wind, and airspace can move a date, and we will tell you straight if we need to wait for a safe window. After the flight we organize the imagery and any maps and send them over for your team to use.

Common questions

Is this a certified or engineering inspection?

No. We provide drone visual inspection imagery and photogrammetry mapping. We document what the cameras can see from safer angles. We do not certify structural condition or code compliance. A licensed engineer should make those calls, and our imagery can support their review.

What do the 3D models and digital twins actually give me?

We fly the structure with heavy photo overlap and stitch the high-resolution images into a measurable 3D model. You can use it for planning, documentation, and tracking changes over time. It does not replace a required engineering inspection or a tower climb.

Can drone mapping replace a land survey or set property lines?

No. Our work is aerial photo, video, and photogrammetry-based mapping that can support planning and documentation. A legal boundary or property-line determination requires a licensed New Jersey land surveyor.
