When you file an insurance claim, the people reviewing it want to see what happened. Skyvation flies a drone over the damaged area and captures high-resolution photos and video you can share with your insurer, adjuster, or contractor. We reach angles a person on a ladder cannot get to safely, like steep roof slopes, upper stories, and large rooftops.

Our role is documentation only. We record what the damage looks like and where it is. We do not decide whether your claim is covered, we do not estimate repair costs, and we do not act as an insurance adjuster. Those decisions belong to your insurer and the licensed professionals you hire.

Nick Colasurdo runs the flights as an FAA Part 107 certified, insured remote pilot. We work with homeowners and property managers as well as large industrial sites. Weather, wind, and airspace can move a date, so it helps to reach out early once you know you have a claim to file.

Residential property documentation

Storm, wind, hail, fallen-tree, and water-related damage on homes and smaller properties. We capture the affected areas in detail so you have a clear visual record to attach to your claim.

• Storm and wind damage imagery

• Roof and gutter damage from safer angles

• Hail and impact damage close-ups

• Fallen tree and debris documentation

• Date-stamped photo and video sets

Large-scale industrial documentation

Warehouses, plants, commercial roofs, and other large structures where ground-level photos miss too much. Drone footage covers a big footprint quickly and reaches areas that are hard or unsafe to walk.

• Wide commercial and warehouse roof coverage

• Damage to upper stories and tall structures

• Site-wide overview imagery

• Hard-to-reach and unsafe-access areas

• Repeat flights to track damage over time

What you receive

You get organized, high-resolution photos and video files you can hand directly to your insurer, adjuster, or contractor. We can mark which images show which areas and provide overview shots that put the damage in context. The files are yours to use however your claim requires.

What this is not

This is visual documentation only. Skyvation does not decide coverage, does not estimate repair costs, and does not act as an insurance adjuster. We capture clear imagery from safer angles so you and the licensed professionals on your claim can make informed decisions.

Common questions about claim documentation

Will your photos get my claim approved?

No. We capture clear, high-resolution imagery of the damage. Whether a claim is approved is decided by your insurer based on your policy and their review. Good documentation helps you show what happened, but we do not influence or guarantee the outcome.

Do you estimate repair costs or act as my adjuster?

No. Skyvation provides visual documentation only. We do not estimate repair costs and we do not act as an insurance adjuster. Those roles belong to your insurer, a licensed adjuster, or a contractor you hire.

How fast can you come out?

We try to schedule as soon as you reach out, but weather, wind, and airspace rules can move a flight date. Call or email us early once you know you have a claim, and we will find the soonest safe window to fly.

Need damage documented for a claim?

Tell us about the property and the damage, and we will set up a flight to capture clear imagery you can hand to your insurer. Call +1-732-850-0338 or send us a message.
