Clear aerial photos and video of your roof and property, captured from the air so no one has to climb. Serving New Jersey and surrounding states.
Request a QuoteSkyvation flies your roof and property with a drone and brings back sharp photos and video from angles that are hard or unsafe to reach on foot. You get a close look at shingles, flashing, gutters, chimneys, and roof edges without a ladder going up. It is a faster, safer way to see what is going on up top.
One thing to be clear about: this is drone visual inspection imagery and documentation, not a certified or engineering inspection. We show you what the camera sees. If you need a structural sign-off or a licensed assessment, you will still want a qualified roofer, home inspector, or engineer. Our imagery gives them, and you, a head start.
Nick Colasurdo holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and carries insurance. Weather, wind, and airspace can move a flight, so we plan around the forecast and keep you posted if a date needs to shift.
For homeowners and buyers, drone imagery answers the basic question fast: what does the roof actually look like? We capture detailed photos and video you can review, save, and share.
• Storm and wind damage imagery after a weather event
• Pre-purchase roof and exterior look before you buy
• Solar panel layout and roof-area mapping for planning
• Gutter, chimney, and flashing close-ups
• Wide shots of the full roof and property
Flat roofs, large footprints, and multiple buildings are slow to walk and easy to miss spots on. A drone covers the whole site quickly and from above.
• Retail plaza and strip-center roof imagery
• Office building roof and exterior documentation
• Rooftop unit and equipment views
• Property-wide aerial photos for records and planning
• Repeat flights to compare a roof over time
After the flight we hand over organized photos and video, ready to use. You can pass it to your roofer, share it with a buyer, or keep it on file for records and future comparison. We will tell you up front what a flight can and cannot show so there are no surprises.
• Quick call about the property and what you need to see
• We check weather, wind, and airspace for the date
• On-site flight, usually under an hour for a typical roof
• Photos and video delivered for you to review and share
No. Skyvation provides drone visual inspection imagery and documentation, captured from the air. It is not a certified, licensed, or engineering inspection. If you need a structural assessment or a formal sign-off, you will want a qualified roofer, home inspector, or engineer. Our photos and video give them a clear starting point.
Yes, once it is safe and the weather has settled. We capture imagery of visible storm and wind damage so you and your roofer can see the condition of the roof without anyone climbing up right away. We do not decide insurance coverage or estimate repair costs.
We may have to move it. Wind, rain, and airspace rules affect when we can safely fly. If your date needs to shift, we will reach out and reschedule. We would rather wait for a safe, clear flight than rush a bad one.
Tell us about your property and what you want to see. We will set up a flight and get you clear photos and video. Call 732-850-0338 or send a message.
