If you need a structural sign-off or a licensed assessment, you will still want a qualified roofer, home inspector, or engineer. Our imagery gives them, and you, a head start.

Nick Colasurdo holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and carries insurance. Weather, wind, and airspace can move a flight, so we plan around the forecast and keep you posted if a date needs to shift.

Is this a certified or engineering roof inspection?

No. Skyvation provides drone visual inspection imagery and documentation, captured from the air. It is not a certified, licensed, or engineering inspection. If you need a structural assessment or a formal sign-off, you will want a qualified roofer, home inspector, or engineer. Our photos and video give them a clear starting point.

Can you fly my roof after a storm?

Yes, once it is safe and the weather has settled. We capture imagery of visible storm and wind damage so you and your roofer can see the condition of the roof without anyone climbing up right away. We do not decide insurance coverage or estimate repair costs.

What if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?

We may have to move it. Wind, rain, and airspace rules affect when we can safely fly. If your date needs to shift, we will reach out and reschedule. We would rather wait for a safe, clear flight than rush a bad one.
