Skyvation is run by Nick Colasurdo, an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and Pilot Institute Class of 2024 graduate. Every flight is planned around the airspace and weather for that day, and Skyvation carries insurance. You get clean, usable photos and video, not a folder of throwaway frames.

Why aerial helps a listing

Overhead and angled aerial frames give buyers the full picture: lot size, layout, proximity to water or open space, and how the home reads from the street and the sky. For land and commercial sites, the same flight documents the footprint, access points, and surroundings in a way a phone photo never will. We shoot with the listing in mind, so the frames work for the sale instead of just filling a gallery.

FPV flythroughs for high-end homes

For larger or higher-end properties, an indoor FPV flythrough can carry a viewer from the front door through the main rooms and back out over the yard in one continuous take. It is a different look from a standard walkthrough and works well when a property deserves a standout video. Ask about it if you think your listing fits.

How long does a real estate drone shoot take?

Most residential listings take under an hour on site, depending on lot size and how much video you want. Land and commercial sites can take longer. Weather and airspace conditions can also affect timing, so we plan around the date.

Do you photograph land, rentals, and commercial properties too?

Yes. We shoot residential listings, rentals, raw land and acreage, and commercial buildings and lots. We also do indoor and ground-level video when a project calls for it. Tell us the property type and we will plan the flight around it.

Can you fly anywhere in New Jersey?

We serve New Jersey and surrounding states. Some areas sit in controlled airspace near airports and need authorization before we fly, which we handle as part of planning. If a location cannot be flown safely or legally, we will tell you straight.
